降压药物联合帕罗西汀治疗老年原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者的疗效

目的：探讨降压药物联合抗焦虑抑郁药物帕罗西汀治疗老年原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者的疗效.方法：68例老年原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者随机均分为常规治疗组（常规降压药物合并心理干预治疗）和帕罗西汀组（常规治疗基础上加帕罗西汀治疗）,比较治疗前后血压、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分情况并评价临床疗效.结果：帕罗西汀组临床降压疗效总有效率显著高于常规治疗组（91.2％比70.6％,P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的血压显著降低（P＜0.05）,且帕罗西汀组较常规治疗组血压（133.1±37.1/82.7±17.1）mmHg比（137.9±24.4/85.4±23.8） mmHg]显著降低（P＜0.05）；与常规治疗组比较,治疗后帕罗西汀组HAMA（13.1±7.7）分比（10.9±8.5）分]、HAMD（13.5±5.5）分比（9.9±3.8）分]评分明显降低（P＜0.05）.结论：降压药物联合抗焦虑抑郁药物帕罗西汀治疗老年原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者疗效肯定.

Therapeutic effect of antihypertensive drugs combined paroxetine on aged patients with essential hypertension complicated anxiety and depression

Objective：To explore therapeutic effect of antihypertensive drugs combined anxiolytic and antidepressant drug-paroxetine on aged patients with essential hypertension （EH） complicated anxiety and depression.Methods：A total of 68 aged EH patients with anxiety and depression disorder were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group （received routine antihypertensive medication and psychological intervention therapy） and paroxetine group （received paroxetine treatment based on routine treatment）.Blood pressure,scores of Hamilton rating scale for anxiety （HAMA） and Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） were compared,clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated between two groups before and after treatment.Results：Compared with routine treatment group,there was significant increase in total effective rate of lower blood pressure （70.6% vs.91.2%） in paroxetine group,P〈0.05; compared with before treatment,there were significant decrease in blood pressure in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）; compared with routine treatment group,there was significant decrease in blood pressure （137.9 ± 24.4/85.4 ± 23.8） mmHg vs.（133.1 ± 37.1/82.7 ± 17.1） mmHg] in paroxetine group （P〈0.05）; compared with routine treatment group after treatment,there were significant decrease in scores of HAMA （13.1 ±7.7） scores vs.（10.9±8.5） scores] and HAMD （13.5±5.5） scores vs.（9.9±3.8） scores] in paroxetine group （P〈0.05 both）.Conclusion：Antihypertensive drugs combined antianxiety and antidepressant drug-paroxetine possess definite therapeutic effects in aged patients with essential hypertension complicated anxiety and depression.
