驻湘部队老年干部心理抑郁患病率和影响因素调查分析

目的：了解驻长沙部队男性老年人心理抑郁患病率及其影响因素,为老年人制定心理抑郁防治策略提供思路.方法：采用整群抽样的调查方法,收集2012年1～6月体检或住院的部队老年（60岁以上）干部4627例相关资料,分析心理抑郁的发生情况；采用非条件Logistic回归分析进行相关影响因素分析.结果：驻长沙部队老年干部915例具有不同程度的抑郁症状,发生率为19.8％,其中轻度抑郁670例（14.5％）,中重度抑郁245例（5.3％）.心理抑郁的相关影响因素为负性生活事件、独居、与子女关系、婚姻状况、身体健康状况、退休年限与心理抑郁相关（B=1.49～3.62,P＜0.05～＜0.01）.结论：驻长沙部队老年干部心理抑郁患病率水平较高,应针对相关影响因素,制定适宜老年人需求的,行之有效的健康教育等综合干预对策.

Survey and analysis of depression morbidity and its influencing factors in aged cadres from troops stationed in Hunan

Objective：To study morbidity of depression and its influencing factors in aged males from troops stationed in Changsha,and provide thinking for formulating prevention and treatment strategy to depression in aged people.Methods：Relative data of 4627 aged cadres over 60 years from troops,who received physical examination or admitted treatment from Jan 2012 to Jun 2012,were collected using cluster sampling method,and depression state was analyzed; non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze relative influencing factors.Results：：There were 915 aged cadres possessing different degree of depression symptoms in troops stationed in Changsha,and the incidence rate was 19.8%,including 670 cases （14.5%） with mild depression and 245 cases （5.3%） with moderate -severe depression.Related influencing factors for depression were negative life events,living alone,relationship with children,marital status,physical health and retirement age （B =1.49～3.62,P〈0.05～〈0.01）.Conclusion：Morbidity of depression is high in aged cadres from troops stationed in Changsha,so comprehensive intervention strategy aiming directly at related influencing factors such as health education suitable for needs of the aged should be formulated.
