腔内治疗股腘动脉硬化性闭塞症的体会

目的：评价经皮血管腔内成形术治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的价值。方法：21例TASCⅡC D型股动脉或腘动脉硬化性闭塞症患者,共26条下肢动脉硬化症行经皮血管腔内成形术,比较术前后患肢临床症状的变化。结果：22条肢体开通或部分开通,将肢体放置支架,1条肢体行股骨中段水平截肢,1条肢体行旁路转流术。随访1~6个月,多数患者肢体的临床症状有好转。结论：分段血管腔内成形术和膝下动脉行PTA后应用尿激酶对提高PTA的成功率和近期通畅率有帮助。

Study on Transluminal Angioplasty in the Treatment of Patients with Lower Limb Atherosclerosis

Objective： To evaluate the value of transluminal angioplasty in the treatment of lower limb atherosclerosis.Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical change of 21 cases with trans-atlanticinter-society consensus Ⅱ（TASC Ⅱ） type C and D femoropopliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans patients,with a total of 26 lower limb,who accepted atherosclerosis percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.Results： A total of 22 limbs acquired recanalization or partially recanalization,including placement of stent in 2 cases,one limb amputation at the middle of femoral bone,and one case of bypass.In most cases,the clinical symptoms of limb improved in one to six monthes period of follow-up.Conclusions： Segmental transluminal angioplasty and application of urokinase after below-knee artery PTA are helpful to the success of operation and short-term patency.
