乳腺增生症病人疾病相关知识认知与需求的调查分析

目的：了解乳腺增生症病人对疾病相关知识的认知和需求,以便提出相应的健康教育对策。方法：对门诊368例乳腺增生症病人相关健康教育知识知晓情况、需求内容及方式进行问卷调查。结果：病人对乳腺增生知识认知率均低于48.37%,其年龄、病程、文化程度和职业与认知程度密切相关（P〈0.01）;而对相关知识需求率为54.62%～100%。结论：乳腺增生症病人对疾病相关知识知晓率低而需求率高,健康教育亟待加强,采取针对性的健康教育内容和方式,可满足病人需求,达到疾病早发现、早治疗的目的。

Investigation analysis of the breast hyperplasia patients with related knowledge and demand

Objective：To understand the patients to disease of mammary gland hyperplasia of the cognitive and relevant knowledge needs and to identify the health education key content and correct way to provide the basis.Methods：of outpatient service 368 cases of mammary hyperplasia were related health education knowledge that demand,content and way questionnaire survey.Results：Patients to mammary gland hyperplasia knowledge are less than 48.37% recognition,its age,duration,education and vocational and closely related cognitive degree（P0.01）.And the related knowledge demand rate is as high as reached 54.62%-100%.Conclusion：Patients with mammary gland hyperplasia of disease related knowledge about low and demand rate is high,health education to be strengthened,and should take specific health education content and methods,in order to meet patients need health care,so as to achieve the disease early detection and early treatment purposes.
