| 摘 要： | 对牙髓病24例标本进行了细菌学检查,检出需氧菌及兼性厌氧菌22株;无芽胞厌氧菌28株。除提示这些细菌是口腔正常菌群外,也可能是条件致病菌。但是否为牙髓病的病原菌则尚需进一步研究。药物敏感试验结果提示治疗口腔炎症可选用青霉素、红霉素、利福平、灭滴灵等药物。

| Abstract: | This report presents a bacteriological investigation on samples tak- en from twenty four patients with pulp disease.Twenty two strains of aerobes or facutative aerobes and twenty eight strains of Non-spore-fo- rming anaerobes were found.These bacteria belong to the normal flora in the oral cavity,but may become pathogenic in certain conditions Whether they are the bacteria causing the pulp disease or not demands fur- ther study.Penicillin,erythromycin,rifampin,metronidazole etc,are drugs of choice as suggested by potency test. |
