| 摘 要： | 老年性黄斑变性是一种常见致盲性眼病。由于其发病机制不明了,尚无确切疗法。目前,治疗多围绕脉络膜新生血管的抑制或消退而展开。光动力学疗法、激光光凝及手术治疗适用于部分患者,有一定的效果,传统中医药的治疗也有其独特的疗效,近年来,抗血管内皮生长因子(抗VEGF)制剂的开发也使AMD的治疗出现新的曙光。
