初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗的疗效观察

目的:观察胰岛素泵和胰岛素多次皮下注射对初诊2型糖尿病患者强化治疗两周后血糖等诸参数的比较.方法:将50例初发2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)组25例,胰岛素多次皮下注射(MDI)组25例.比较两组治疗前后胰岛素总用量、达标时间、低血糖发生率.结果:两组治疗后空腹及餐后2小时血糖均达到良好控制,但CSI组胰岛素用量、达标时间及低血糖发生率均明显低于MDI组,差异具有显著性.结论:初诊2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素泵强化治疗具有快速稳定控制血糖的特点,并且优于胰岛素多次皮下注射的传统方法.

Observation on the effect of insulin pump intensive therapy in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic

Objective To evaluate the effect of CSII and MDI intensive therapy by 2 weeks on blood glucose in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 50 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic were randomly divided into two groups: 25 patients in CSII Group and 25 patients in MDI Group. To compare the insulin total amount , the time reaching the sign and the rate of low blood glucose formation before and after treatment in two groups. Results FBG and 2hBG were excellent controlled after treatment in two groups. Insulin total amount use, the time reaching the sign and low blood glucose formation rate of CSII Group were lower obviously, compared with MDI Group. Conclusion Short-term insulin pump intensive therapy is better than MDI in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic.
