龙川草骨痛颗粒剂联合软膏剂的抗炎和镇痛作用实验研究

目的 研究龙川草骨痛颗粒剂、软膏剂及联合用药的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀，蛋清、角又菜致大鼠足跖肿胀，大鼠巴豆油气囊肿等常规抗炎模型以及大鼠毛细管通透性试验方法；用小鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法和大鼠辐射热照射法进行了镇痛实验。结果 龙川草骨痛颗粒剂、软膏剂及联合用药可明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清、角叉菜引起的大鼠足跖肿胀，能显著抑制巴豆油气囊肿导致的炎症渗出及肉芽组织的增生，能明显抑制组胺所致的毛细血管通透性增加；可明显增加延长热刺激引起的小鼠疼痛反应的痛域值。结论 龙川草骨痛颗粒剂、软膏剂及联合用药有很强的抗炎和镇痛作用。

Experinental Studies on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Longchuancao Gutong Granules and Ointment

Aim To study the combined use of Longchuancao Gutong Granules and Ointment for anti-inflammation and analgesia.Methods A few civentional models were used,such as the mouse pinna swelling induced by dimethylbenzene,the edema of rat hind paws elicited by egg white and carrageenan,granuloma-proliferating caused by croton oil, mice's twisting body response induced by acetic acid and mice pain threshold induced by hot-plate procedure.Results the combination of Longchuancao Gutong Granules and Ointment obviously inhibited the swelling of mouse pinna induced by egg white and carrageenan, greatly decreased proliferation of granuloma led by croton oil, significantly depressed the increase of capillary permeability,and obviously extended mice's threshold induced by heat stimulatipn.Conclusion the combination of Longchuancao Gutong Granules and Ointment possesses certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
