| Abstract: | We report a case of primary adenocarcinoma of the rectum 11 years after a radical operation and construction of an isolated rectosigmoid bladder for squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder. The isolated rectosigmoid bladder, which is not exposed to the fecal stream, may be associated with adenocarcinoma as in ureterosigmoidostomy. |
