疏血通治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将入选病例100例随机分为疏血通治疗组和舒血宁对照组,分别加用疏血通及舒血宁注射液输液治疗,两组疗程均为15 d。评定指标包括治疗前及治疗15 d后脑梗死的神经功能缺损评分、总体改善率、安全性的评定。结果治疗组神经功能缺损程度改善、总有效率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论疏血通注射液具有安全、方便、疗效肯定的优点,是治疗急性缺血性脑血管疾病的有效药物。

Observation of Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated with Shuxuetong

Objective To observe the efficacy of shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods The enrolled 100 cases were randomized into shuxuetong treatment group and shuxuening control group,and were treated with shuxuetong injection and shuxuening injection respectively for 15 days. Nerve function defect score, the overall improvement rate and safety before treatment and 15 days after treatment were assessed in the cases of acute cerebral infarction. Results As compared with control group, the statistical significant differences presented in the improvements in nerve function defect and the total effective rate in treatment group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is advantageous in its safety, convenience and efficacy and is the effective drug for acute ischemie cerebral vascular disease.
