以科学研究促进教学培养创新型医学人才

大学的科学研究可以更好地促进教学，提高人才培养的质量。本文试从北京大学基础医学院多年来培养创新型人才的实践来探讨新形势下培养创新型医学人才的教育模式，明确创新教育首先要在培养学生的创新意识上下工夫，使他们能够在今后的科研实践中充分发挥科研创新能力和创造力。

Using research to propel the level of teaching-practice of training new types of medical talents

Research in a university can propel the level of teaching and improve the quality of student and staff training.This paper attempts to explore new models of education to train and cultivate creative medical students based on long term and extensive experience of medical education at the Beijing University School of Basic Medical Sciences.We would like to make it clear that the new education model is to first cultivate and emphasize the awareness of creativity by the students.This will make them more innovative and creative in their future practice of research.
