巢湖市居巢区2003～2005年结核病控制项目实施效果分析

目的评价巢湖市居巢区2003~2005年实施结核病控制项目的3年成效。方法收集并分析项目期间涂阳肺结核病人登记管理卡、初诊登记本、实验室登记本、结核病人登记本、结核病月报表、季报表、年报表等资料。结果3年共接诊可疑对象2 169人,发现活动性肺结核病人919例,其中涂阳病人764例、重症涂阴病人37例,免费治疗涂阳病人750例、治愈512例,免费治疗重症涂阴病人37例,初治和复治涂阳病人治愈率分别为80.48%和64.00%。结论居巢区结核病控制项目的实施已初见成效,获得了较好的社会效益和经济效益,取得了可行经验,但仍有不少问题存在,尚未达到结核病的高发现率和高治愈率,需要采取有力措施,进一步完善结核病控制工作。

Analysis and evaluation of effect of tuberculosis control project implemented in Juchao district of Chaohu city, 2003～2005

Objective To evaluate effect of Tuberculosis Control Project in Juchao district of Chaohu from 2003 to 2005.Methods Project-related data including annual reports,quarterly reports,registering cards for smear-positive cases with pulmonary TB were collected and analyzed,according to the implementing program of the project.Results 2 169 borderline cases were examined during 3 years and 919 active TB patients were found,including 764 smear-positive patients and 37 severe smear-negative patients.And 750 smear-positive patients were treated for free and 512 were cured,and 37 severe smear-negative patients were treated for free.The cure rates of initial-treated and retreated smear-positive cases were 80.48% and 64% respectively.Conclusions Remarkable outcome had been achieved in three-year implementation of Tuberculosis Control Project in Juchao district of Chaohu.Basically,good social and economic benefits had been achieved.But the target of high detection rate and cure rate had not reached yet,it was necessary to improve tuberculosis control work.
