吻合器机械吻合与手工吻合在食管贲门癌术后并发症的对比研究

目的评价吻合器机械吻合在食管贲门癌治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾分析162例食管癌及贲门癌手术,比较圆型吻合器机械吻合和手工吻合两组术后与吻合技术相关的并发症的发生率。结果机械吻合组平均手术时间、术后平均住院日均较手工组缩短。吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄及死亡率,机械吻合组分别为0.86%、1.72%和0.86%;手工吻合组分别为4.34%、6.52%和4.34%。结论机械吻合能有效降低术后并发症发生率,临床效果优于手工吻合。

Comparative study of complications after mechanical suture and hand suture in surgical treatment of esophageal and gastric cardiac carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of mechanical suture in surgical treatment of esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer.Methods From June 1995 to June 2005,162 cases undergoing surgical treatment of esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer were analyzed retrospectively,116 cases with the stapler and 46 cases with the hand suture.The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was investigated.Results The average operative duration and the average postoperative hospital stay by stapler was shorter than that by hand suture.The anastomotic leakage rate,anastomotic constriction rate and mortality were 0.86%,1.72% and 0.86% in the patients applying stapler,4.34%,6.52% and 4.34% in the patients of hand suture.All patients were followed up not 1ess than 6 months.Conclusion The clinical outcome by stapler is better than that with hand suture.Stapler is effective in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
