社区老年人健康状况调查及护理对策

目的了解某市社区老年人健康状况,分析其影响因素,探索提高中小城市社区老年人健康水平的护理对策。方法采用SRHMS便利抽样调查某市区老年人的健康状况。结果社区老年人自测健康得分均值为(242.04±40.64)分;不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、居住方式、既往职业、个人月收入之间,老年人自测健康水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别之间自测健康水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该市社区老年人的健康总体水平一般,社区护理工作者应为社区老年人提供更多的物质、心理、社会支持和健康教育。

Investigation of Health Condition of the Elderly and Related Nursing

Objective In order to investigate health condition of the elderly in the community and analyze the related factors and to find out the effective nursing intervention. Methods The elderly in the community were randomly investigated on their health condition by SRHMS. Results Mean score of self - perceived health condition of the elderly was （242.04 ± 40.64 ） ; There were significant differences in self - perceived health status between the participants with different age, education, residential type, occupation, marriage sta- tus, and personal month income （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The health condition of the elderly in the community weren＇ t good. Community nurses should provide physiological, psychological, social supports and healthy education to the elderly.
