| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用超选择髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌并观察其疗效。方法：对20例中、晚期宫颈癌患者，采用Seldinger’s法经皮股动脉穿刺行超选择性髂内动脉插管化疗50次，观察评定近期疗效。结果：近期有效率39．6％，其中8例病人完全或部分缓解，行手术治疗。9例病人病情稳定，3例病情有进展，所有临床症状明显缓解。结论：宫颈癌介入治疗的局部药物浓度高，可有效地杀伤癌细胞，使部分病例获得手术机会，是一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy of the treatment of advanced cervial cancer by chemointubiation of super-selected internal iliac arteries.Methods:Twenty cases of advanced cervial cancer were treated by chemointubiation of super-selected internal illiac arteies for 50 times and its of curative effects were observed and evaluated.Results:The curative rate was 39.6%.Eight of 20 cases showed local or complete remission,with operation performed on them.And 9 cases had stable condition and 3 cases were still in progress.The clinical symptoms showed obvious remission.Conclusion:Interventional therapy give,high local density of chemotherapeutic drugs and kill,cancer cells effectively,so part of cases have a chance to operate.It is a safe and effective method for advanced cervical cancer. |
