基于灰色关联-TOPSIS法的干姜质量评价

摘    要:目的:应用灰色关联-TOPSIS法评价不同批次和不同产地干姜的质量,并进行质量比较。方法:以不同产地和批次干姜中6-姜辣素,8-姜辣素,10-姜辣素,6-姜烯酚,二乙酰基-6-姜辣二醇的含量为评价依据,采用MATLAB编程法构建干姜的灰色关联-TOPSIS法的综合评判模型,并对不同批次和不同产地干姜质量进行评价排序。结果:综合评判模型评价的结果表明四川犍为20131205,广东阳江20140221,广东湛江20140125,安徽亳州20131226的质量较好,与干姜的传统评价结果及道地性相一致,可重复性好。结论:灰色关联-TOPSIS综合评判方法,适宜对多组分多指标的中药材质量进行综合评价,具有推广应用前景。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate and compare the quality of Zingiberis Rhizoma from different batches and different origins by the grey correlation-TOPSIS method. Method: With the contents of 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 6-shogaol, diacetoxy-6-gingerdiol and 10-gingerol in Zingiberis Rhizoma of different batches and different origins as the evaluation basis, grey correlation-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model was established by using MATLAB programming method, and the quality evaluation of Zingiberis Rhizoma from different batches and different origins was ranked. Result: The grey correlation-TOPSIS model evaluation results indicated that the quality of Sichuan Jianwei 20131205, Guangdong Yangjiang 20140221, Guangdong Zhanjiang 20140125, Anhui Bozhou 20131226 was better than that of other batches, consistent with the traditional evaluation results and genuineness, indicating a good repeatability and stability. Conclusion: Grey correlation-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method can be well applied to the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine with multiple components, and have the broad prospect in application.
