| 摘 要： | 本文分析了８例主－肺动脉间隔缺损（ＡＰ）病人的临床表现及辅助诊断方法。认为：单纯依据病史和体格检查很难做出主－肺动脉间隔缺损的诊断。结合体表超声心动图主动脉水平长，短轴切面诊断效果满意。右心导管检查对诊断和鉴别诊断可提供有价值资料。心血管造影仍不失为诊断的可靠手段。

| Abstract: | This article analysed the clinical manifestation and supplementary diagnostic methods in 8 patients with aortopulmonary septal defect(AP).It is not possible to establish the diagnosis of AP only by history and physical examination. Transthoracic echocardiography,combined the long and short axis section at the level of great vessels,may offer satisfactory diagnostic results.Right heart catheterization may provide valuable information in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Cardiac angiography is sitll the reliable diagnostic means. |
