| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨标准外伤大骨瓣的手术方法和技巧。方法：对32例经标准外伤大骨瓣手术治疗的重型颅脑损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：32例中存活21例（65．6％），治愈6例（18．7％），中残9例（28．1％），重残5例（15．6％），植物状态1例（3．2％），死亡11例，病死率34．4％。结论：标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术是治疗脑疝形成的重型颅脑外伤的有效方法，充分减压，保护脑组织，减轻继发性脑损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the operative techniques of standard large craniotomy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 32 patients with Standard large trauma craniotomy for treating severe traumatic head injury accompanied by herniation of brain.Results:After operation,out of 32 cases,21 cases(65.6%) survived,6 cases(18.7%) were with a good recovery,9 cases(28.1) were with moderate disability,5 cases(15.6%) were with severe deficits,1 cases(3.2%) were in vegetative state,the remaining 11(34.4%) died.C... |
