东莞市厚街镇2001~2003年流动人口麻疹流行病学分析及控制措施

摘    要:目的 了解东莞市厚街镇流动人口麻疹流行特征,为流动人口麻疹控制提供科学依据.方法 对2001~2003年流动人口麻疹实验室确诊病例进行分析.结果 3年实验室确诊麻疹病例中流动人口麻疹占97.31%;发病季节高峰在3~5月及7月;0~6岁儿童和16岁以上的青壮年是主要发病人群,发病高峰年龄为8~24月龄.对8月~6岁麻疹病例麻疹疫苗(MV)免疫史统计分析表明,有免疫史12.06%,53.19%免疫史不祥,34.75%未接种,初免未种及接种不及时是该年龄段发病的主要原因;16岁及以上人群麻疹发病可能与MV未免疫及接种质量低有关.结论 加强流动人口中儿童计划免疫管理,及时入册、建证,提高及时接种率和有效接种率,同时开展外来工MV强化免疫,是控制流动人口麻疹发病的有效措施.

Abstract:Objective To study the epidemic characteristics of measles among floating population in Houjie town, Dongguan city and to provide scientific basis for measles control. Method The data of measles cases among floating population diagnosed by laboratory from 2001 to 2003 in Houjie town of Dongguan city was analyzed. Results The results showed that 97.31% measles cases diagnosed by laboratory were from the floating population and the peak seasons of the disease were in March to May and July. Children of 0 to 6 years old and young people older than 16 years were the high risk groups. It was most prevalence in the age group of 8 to 24 months old. The immunization history of measles cases revealed that only 12.06% of the cases had immunization history, 53.19% was unclear and 34.75% were not immunized in the age group of 8 months to 6 years old. No vaccination and delayed vaccination of measles virus vaccine were the main causes for measles cases. No vaccination and poor quality of immunization were related to measles occurrence in people older than 16 years old. Conclusions In order to control epidemic of measles in the floating population, administration on the immunization program of the floating population should be strengthened. The control measures should be included the prompt registration, setting up the vaccination record, increase the immunization rate and effectiveness of the children in the floating population, and booster immunization for the measles of the young worker emigrants.
