咀嚼硬物与牙根纵裂发病关系的研究

摘    要:目的研究咀嚼硬物与牙根纵裂发病关系.方法对14例牙根纵裂患者和按14配比的56例正常者作为对照进行咀嚼硬物情况的调查,调查结果行卡方检验.结果计算得出x2=16.50(P<0.01),优势比(OR)为13.00,其95%可信限为3.77~44.85,归因危险度百分比(ARP)及人群归因危险度百分比(PARP)分别为92.31%和79.12%.结论咀嚼硬物与牙根纵裂的发生有关.

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between masticating hard food and vertical root fracture. Methods 14 cases of vertical root fracture from two hospitals and their controls (matched with the ratio of 1:4) were investigated. The main contents were conditions of their masticating hard food. The results of investigations were identified by chi square test. Results x 2= 16.50 ( P < 0.01 ),the OR is 13.00 ,and its 95% confidence interval is between 3.77 and 44.85 , ARP is 92.31 % yet PARP is 79.12 %. Conclusion the correlation between masticating hard food and vertical root fracture exists.
