| 摘 要： | 目的评价地塞米松联合甲硝唑对根管治疗术后急症发生的影响。方法将根管预备封药后未发生EIP患牙157颗根充,随机各分为2组,对照组常规处理,试验组在根尖周局部注射地塞米松5mg,口服甲硝唑0.4g,3/日,观察两组急症发生情况。结果试验组急症发生率低于对照组,有显著性差异。结论地塞米松联合甲硝唑能有效预防根管治疗术后急症。

| Abstract: | ObjectIve TO evaluate the influence of Dexamethasone- metronidazole on endodontic interappointment pain. Methods One hundred and fifty-seven tooth without EIPgave canal filling and randomly divided into two groups. The test group were injected 5 mg dexamethasone at apical region ,given metronidazole 0.4g,tid,then the incidence of EIP was observed. Results The differences of EIP between the test group and the comparison group had a statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dexamethasone- metronidazole can prevent EIP. |
