| 摘 要： | 研究了用心肌胶原含量定量测量晚期灶状心肌坏死程度的方法。给大鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(ISP)和饮含丙烯胺的水造成灶状心肌坏死。测定心室肌羟脯氨酸含量并计算出胶原含量。用逐区点测量法定量测量心肌纤维化程度。结果发现注射ISP后和饮丙烯胺水21天的动物心肌胶原含量与其心肌纤维化程度呈明显正相关。本研究结果表明,心肌胶原含量可定量测量晚期灶状心肌坏死程度。

| Abstract: | A method for collagen content measurement was studied as a quantitative evaluation of the focal myocardial necrosis at the end of healing process in rats. The animals with focal myocardial necrosis induced by isoproterenol and propenyl amine were killed 21 days after the treatment. Assay for hydroxyproline of the ventricle was performed, and the myocardial collagen content was calculated. The extent of the focal myocardial fibrosis was measured using the histological field by field'point counting technique. The results obtained with these 2 methods were consistent with each other. Close correlations were found to exist between ventricular collagen content and the extent of myocardial fibrosis. Our data show that the collagen content of the myocardium can quantitate the extent of the focal myocardial necrosis. |
