苦参碱脂质体的制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的建立苦参碱脂质体的制备工艺。方法采用正交试验法优选苦参碱脂质体的制备工艺,并测定了包封率、渗漏率、粒度、形状等。结果试验结果表明,优选后的逆相蒸发法为苦参碱脂质体的最佳制备条件,包封率可达50.08%。结论优选后的制备工艺稳定,建立的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法测定苦参碱脂质体,具有分析简便、快速等特点,是一种准确、可靠、操作简便的中药质量分析方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish preparation of matrine liposome. Methods High performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) was employed to determine the encapsulation and leakage ratio of liposome. Result The experiments indicated that the encapsulation of liposome prepared with REV(reverse-pHase evaporation vesicle method) was the best condition which ensured the highest encapsulation of 50.08%. Conclusion With stable preparation technics, the method of HPCE for the determination of matrine liposome, characterized by its easy and quick analysis, proves suitable for analyzing the qualities of traditional Chinese medicine due to its accuracy, reliability and easy operation.
