护理干预对出院抑郁症病人的影响

目的探讨护理干预对显进以上出院的抑郁症病人的疗效巩固及改善抑郁症患者社会功能的影响。方法72例符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的显进以上出院患者分为实验组和对照组，采用自拟的调查表分析评定疗效巩固及社会功能情况。结果实验组病人复诊情况、用药情况、病情反复情况、社会功能情况与对照组差异有高度显著性（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预对出院后抑郁症病人定期复诊、保证病人足月足疗程用药、预防病情反复有帮助，对其社会功能的改善有十分积极的意义。

The effects of nursing intervention on patients with depression

Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention on strengthening curative effects and improving the social function.Methods 72 patients met the criteria of CCMD-3 for depression all the patients were recovered or significantly improved after leaving hospital . They were divided into two groups which were the study group with intervention and control grup without intrvention. The status of the curative effects and the social function were assessed and analysed using Self-designed Questionaire. Results There were significant differences on the status of second visit,using drug,recurrence and social function between the study group and the control group (P<0.01) .Conclusion Nursing intervetion helps patients in second visit on time ,ensuring enough curative duration and enough drug dose and prevention of recurrence.It plays significant role in improving the social function.
