| 摘 要： | 目的总结周式剖宫产术在临床应用的价值与安全性。方法对100例具有剖宫产指征的产妇行周式剖宫产术,并与前期行改良新式剖宫产的100例产妇作对照。结果周式剖宫产组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院天数均明显优于改良新式剖宫产组(P均<0.05或0.01)。结论周式剖宫产术优于改良新式剖宫产术,且安全简单。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinically applicative value of Zhou's Caesarean section and its safety.Methods Zhou's Caesarean section was applied to 100 lying-in women with indications of Caesarean section,which was then compared with another 100 lying-in ones who accepted reformative Caesarean section as a control.Results Zhou's Caesarean section got significant improvements in operative time,operative bleeding and hospitalizing duration,as well as postoperative fart and safety when compared with reformative Caesarean section(P<0.01,or P<0.05).Conclusion Zhou's Caesarean section gains an advantage over reformative Caesarean section. |
