| 摘 要： | 本文以左心室内压(LVP)、左室内压变化速率(dp/dt)、心肌最大收缩值(Vmax)、股动脉血压及心电图变化作为指标,观察静注麦冬注射液对大鼠失血性休克时血压与心功能的影响。结果表明麦冬注射液有改善左心室功能与抗休克作用,但作用短暂;再次给少量麦冬注射液可明显延长作用时间。

| Abstract: | The effects of Ophiopogon injection on the blood pressure and left ventricular functions in rats in hemorrhagic shock were studied. The indices of left ventricular function ( LVP, dp/dt, dp/dt/P, Vmax ) were measured by catheterization via the common carotid artery into the left ventricle, and the aterial blood pressure and ECG were recorded synchronically on a polygraph. The Vmax was measured by dp/dt/P and P from the displayed Lissajous figure on oscilloscope which was photographed. The results showed that ophiopogon injection can improve the left ventricular functions and may exert beneficial effects on hemorrhagic shock in rats, and that the effects were consistent with the dose. |
