摘    要:目的观察不同镇痛法对产科剖宫产术后产妇身体机能恢复的影响。方法60例剖宫产术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,分别采用微量注射镇痛泵连接硬膜外导管和肌肉注射法镇痛,观察患者术后第1次下床活动时间、第1次肛门排气时间、泌乳时间、排尿情况及睡眠情况。结果观察组术后第1次下床活动时间、第1次肛门排气时间、泌乳时间均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组术后24 h内平均睡眠时间与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组首次排尿不畅及尿潴留者明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不同镇痛法对剖宫产术后产妇肠功能、泌乳时间和膀胱功能的恢复均有不同的影响。

Abstract:Objective To observe the physical rehabilitation after cesarean section with different paregoric methods.Methods Sixty cases after cesarean section were divided into observation group and control group respectively,each group was 30 cases.The cases in observe group and in the control group were performed with micro-injection pump which was connected with Epidural catheter and intramuscular injection to relieve pain respectively.The first time of out-of-bed activity and passage of gas by anus,the time of lactation,the condition of micturition and sleep quality were observed post-operation.Results The first time of out-of-bed activity and passage of gas by anus and the time of lactation in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of average hour of sleep in 24 hours between two groups(P>0.05).The case of urinating not smoothly in the first time and uroschesis in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is different effect in recovery of enteric function,the time of lactation and bladder function after cesarean section with different paregoric methods.
