复方利多卡因乳膏在无痛输液50例中的应用效果观察

目的 观察复方利多卡因乳膏用于缓解静脉穿刺时引起疼痛的效果.方法 选择100例静脉输液的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,实验组使用复方卡因乳膏进行局部外涂,用3M贴膜覆盖10分钟后,去除3M贴膜进行静脉穿刺;对照组常规消毒后直接进行静脉穿刺.对两组患者输液疼痛效果进行比较.结果 实验组各项指标均显著优于对照组.结论 静脉输液时选用复方利多卡因乳膏涂抹穿刺点,可缓解静脉穿刺时的疼痛,提高穿刺成功率及患者满意度,效果肯定.

Lidocaine Ointment in 50 Cases of Painless Injections of Observation

Objective To observe the lidocaine ointment used to alleviate the pain caused by venipuncture.Methods To select 100 cases of the patients randomized into experimental group and control group.The experimental group of 50 cases,using compound cream for local application,was overrided 3M foil for 10 minutes,removed the 3M foil for venipuncture;control group directly after disinfection venipuncture.To compare the transfusion pain of two groups of patients.Results The results of the experimental group indicators were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion To select when intravenous infusion lidocaine ointment to smudge puncture point,can ease the pain of venipuncture,enhance the success rate of puncturing and patient satisfaction,the effect is positive.
