GSTP1多态性与肺癌易感性关系的对照研究

目的:检测谷胱甘肽转移酶GSTP1遗传多态性在肺癌患者与正常人群体中的分布,探讨其基因型与肺癌易感性的关系。方法:应用病例-对照分析研究(对照组197例,肺癌病例组97例),抽提静脉血基因组DNA,应用PCR及多重PCR方法,检测GSTP1突变基因型在对照组与病例组的分布。结果GSTP1突变基因型在病例组和正常对照组中的频率分别为68%和72.6%(P>0.05);统计分析表明GSTP1突变基因型在肺癌患者组和正常对照组人群中的发生频率没有显著性差异。结论:GSTP1基因多态性与肺癌的易感性没有显著相关性。

Study on the Relationship Between the Genetic Polymorphisms of GSTP1 Gene and Lung Cancer Susceptibility

Objective: To investigate the association of genetic polymorphisms of GSTP1 with human lung cancer susceptibility. Methods: A case-control comparing study was employed in 97 lung cancer cases and 197 health people as control population. The frequency of GSTP1 genotypes was ascertained in controls and cancer lung cases by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and multiple-PCR techniques after isolation of genomic DNA from peripheral vein blood samples. Results: The frequency of GSTP1 in lung cancer group and controls was 68% and 72.6%, respectively (P>0.05).Statistic analysis showed that the frequency of GSTP1 genotypes was not significantly discrepant in lung cancer cases compared with that in controls.Conclusions: The genetic polymorphisms of GSTP1 was not associated with the susceptibility and development of lung cancer.
