新生儿脐血瘦素水平及其相关因素分析

目的:探讨脐血瘦素在胎儿及新生儿生长发育中的作用,以及与其他相关因素的关系。方法:选择新生儿77例,取脐静脉血5 m1,采用放射免疫法检测瘦素和胰岛素。新生儿称量其体重和身长,调查问卷包括胎龄,性别,家族肥胖史(父母体重),家族糖尿病史,孕妇在孕期的吸烟与被动吸烟情况。结果:单因素相关分析显示,体重、身长、胎龄、体重指数、血脂、性别是影响脐血瘦素水平的因素。多因素相关分析显示,新生儿体重和脐血甘油三酯是脐血瘦素水平的独立影响因素。结论:脐血瘦素水平可反映新生儿的营养状态,可以作为评价新生儿体格发育情况的指标之一。

Analysis of the Level of Leptin of Cord Blood in Neonate and its Related Factors

Objective:To investigate the effect of leptin of cord blood on development of fetus and neonate and its correlation with other related factors.Methods:77 cases of neonate were selected and taken 5ml of vein cord blood.The level of leptin and insulin were detected by radioimmunoassay.The body weight and length were measured.The questionnaire including fetal age,sex,family history of obesity(body weight of parents),smoking or passive smoking of pregnant women was inquired.Results:Single linear regression analysis showed that body weight,body length,fetal age,body weight index,blood lipid and sex was related to the level of leptin of cord blood.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that body weight and triglyceride was isolated influential factor for leptin of cord blood in neonate.Conclusion:The level of leptin of cord blood may reflect the status of nutrition of the neonate.It is one of index of evaluating physical development in the neonate.
