黑木耳对动脉粥样硬化家兔兔毛自由基及组织脂褐质含量的影响

摘    要:为研究黑木耳抗衰老作用,作者观察黑木耳对实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔兔毛自由基及肝、心、脑组织脂褐质等有关指标的影响。结果表明,黑木耳有降低兔毛自由基,肝、心、脑组织脂褐质,血浆过氧化脂质,血浆胆固醇含量及减轻 AS 病变的作用。提示:黑木耳可能通过降血浆胆固醇,减少脂质过氧化而减少自由基生成;减少脂质过氧化产物脂褐质的形成,维系正常的细胞结构比例来维护细胞的正常代谢。所以推测黑木耳具有抗衰老作用。

Abstract:This article presents our observations on the effect of auricularia auricula onthe indexes of tree radical(FR)in experimental atherosclerotic(AS)rabbits hair and thoseof the tissue lipofuscin(LF)in the liver,heart and brain of rabbits.It was found that auric-ularia auricula could lower FR in rabbits hair,LF in the liver,heart and brain of rabbits,plasma lipoperoxides(LPO),and the level of plasma cholesteral(TC)and reduce pathologi-cal changes of AS.Auricularlia auricula lessens the formation of free radical by loweringplasma TC,and reducing the peroxidation of lipids.It can also maintain normal metabolismwithin cells by decreasing the formation of the product LF of the peroxidation of lipids to as-sure normal proportion in cytic structure.Consequently,it is likely to possess the propertyof anti-aging.
