土黄连药材质量标准研究

目的：修订提高土黄连药材的质量标准。方法：收集了10批土黄连药材,以土黄连中主要成分盐酸小檗碱为指标,分别采用TLC和HPLC进行定性鉴别和含量测定研究,其余检查项目参照中国药典方法进行检测。结果：对江西省赣南地区民间习用药材土黄连的名称、植物来源、药材性状、薄层色谱鉴别、水分、总灰分、浸出物、有效成分含量测定等方面的质量问题进行了较为全面和系统的研究,为建立和完善土黄连的质量标准体系提供参考依据。结论：实验研究可作为土黄连药材质量标准的修订内容。

Study on the Quality Standards of Rhizoma Coptidis Brevisepalae

Objective： To revise and improve the quality standard of Rhizoma Coptidis Brevisepalae. Method： Ten batches of Rhizoma Coptidis Brevisepalae were collected. TLC was used to identify berberine hydrochloride and the content of berberine bydrochloride was determined by HPLC. The rest inspection items were detected according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result： This paper focused on prob- lems of medicinal material quality of Rhizoma Coptidis Brevisepalae from genuine medicinal materials produced in south of Jiangxi Prov- ince, such as local names, botanical origins, morphological characters, TLC, contents of moistures, total ashes, ethanol extracts, effective components, to provide reference for establishing and improving the quality standards system of Rhizoma Coptidis Brevisepalae. Conclu- sion： The study can be used for the emendatory content to the quality standard of Rhizoma Coptidis Brevisepalae.
