基层医院小切口非超声乳化白内障手术技巧体会

目的探讨基层医院小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植人手术技巧。方法我院2005年8月至2014年5月采用小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入257例（263眼），对其术后视力及术中、术后并发症进行临床分析。结果术后出院视力均有不同程度的提高，视力低于0．1者6只眼，占2％，0．1～0．3者19只眼，占7％，0．3～0．5者84只眼，占32％，0．5～0．8者115只眼，占44％，0．8以上者39只眼，占15％。7-10天复诊视力进一步提高。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入手术疗效显著，实用性强，易于操作，成本低，非常适合在基层医院推广。

Surgical skill of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction in basic level hospital

Objetive To investigate the surgical skills of small incision non-phaeoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in basic level hospital. Methods The medical records of 263 eyes of 257 patients who underwent small incision non-phaeoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital during Aug 2005 and May 2014 was reviewed. The postoperative visual acuity, intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results The visual acuity of all these patients improved variably when they were discharged. Visual acuity was lower than 0.1 in 6 eyes （2%）, 0.1-0.3 in 19 eyes （7%）, 0.3-0.5 in 84 eyes （32%）, 0.5-0.8 in 115 eyes （44%）, and higher than 0.8 in 39 eyes （15%）. The visual acuity was further improved at the 7-10 days＇ follow-up. Conclusion The advantages of small incision non-phaeoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation include significant effect, strong practicability, easy accessibility and low cost. It is very suitable for being popularized in basic level hospitals.
