| 摘 要： | 目的 研究腹泻新生儿对乳糖的耐受状况.方法 采用半乳糖氧化酶方法对135例腹泻新生儿和157例健康儿童进行尿半乳糖检测.结果实验组135例腹泻新生儿尿半乳糖试验乳糖不耐受为56例,占41.48%.对照组157例健康儿童乳糖不耐受仅1例,占0.63%.结论乳糖不耐受是引起新生儿腹泻的主要原因,尿半乳糖试验能快速准确的进行检测,并对乳糖不耐受者进行调整和改善其喂养方法有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the tolerance of diarrhea neonates to galactose.Methods The level of galactose in 135 cases of neonate diarrhea and 157 healthy ones were detected by the galactose oxidase method.Results 56 cases in the test group were intolerant to galactose,accounting for 41.8%,while only 1 case in the control group,accounting for 0.63%.Conclusion Galactose intolerance is the main cause leading to neonate diarrhea.The detection of urine galactose is rapid and accurate for screening or diagnosing neonate... |
