扶正抑瘤颗粒对H22瘤细胞bax、bcl-2及 caspase-3蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察扶正抑瘤颗粒对H 22瘤细胞bax、bcl-2及caspase-3蛋白表达的影响.方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测瘤组织切片中bax、bcl-2及caspase-3的蛋白表达.结果扶正抑瘤颗粒各治疗组bax及caspase-3的IOD值均高于模型组,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);扶正抑瘤颗粒各治疗组bcl-2的IOD值均低于模型组,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论通过促进bax及caspase-3的蛋白表达、抑制bcl-2基因的蛋白表达来诱导H22瘤细胞凋亡,进而发挥抑瘤效应.

Abstract:Objective To observe the protein expression of bax, bcl-2 and caspase-3 in H22 tumor cells by treatment of Fuzheng Yiliu Keli. Methods The protein expression of bax, bcl-2 and caspase-3 were detected with immunohistochemical ABC method. Results IOD of bax and caspase-3 in treating groups was high, which was significant compared with control group (P<0.05). IOD of bcl-2 was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion FYK could execute anti-tumor effect in inducing apoptosis of H22 tumor cells apoptosis by promoting protein expression of bax and caspase-3, decreasing protein expression of bcl-2 gene.
