非小细胞肺癌适形放疗致急性放射性肺和食管损伤的相关因素研究进展

急性放射性肺损伤和食管损伤是晚期非小细胞肺癌三维适形放射治疗的主要并发症,也是主要剂量限制因素。通过研究急性放射性肺损伤及食管损伤的相关因素,比如同时放化疗、平均剂量等,对于三维适形治疗计划的优化,减轻肺和食管损伤的程度,以及更合理地制定综合治疗计划、提高患者生活质量,都具有重要指导意义与临床应用价值。

Research progress on the correlative factors with acute radiation pneumonitis and acute radiation esophagitis in the treatment of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Acute radiation pneumonitis （ARP） and acute radiation esophagitis （AE） are chief complications and dose limiting factors in the treatment of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3D-CRT） for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.By studying the correlative factors of ARP and AE such as concurrent chemotherapy （CCT）, mean dose and so on, we can optimize the plan of 3D-CRT, can alleviate the degree of pneumonitis and esophagitis. As the result,we can institute the plan of integrated therapy more reasonable and can increase patient＇s quality of existance.
