残冠残根冠延长术后核桩冠修复初探

目的：探讨残冠残根达龈下时如何保留及修复。方法：对20例残冠残根达龈下的病例，行冠延长术，重新建立正常的生物学宽度后行核桩冠修复。结果：冠修复后随访半年，无自觉不适，咀嚼功能良好。临床检查：无松动、无叩痛、牙龈无红肿。X线片显示：牙周、尖周、牙槽嵴无异常。结论：通过冠延长术后行桩核冠修复，多数疗效满意。术后3个月左右是行桩核冠修复的良好时机。

Study on the restoration of caryopivot crown after lengthening of residual root and crown

Objective: To study the reservation and restoration of subgingival residual root and crown. Methods: 20cases of subgingival residual root and crown were received caryopivot crown restoration after the operations of lengtheningthe crown and re-making the normal biological width. Results: In the following 6 months after the operation, the patientshad no complaints of uncomfortableness and their masticatory function was normal. No symptoms of odontoseisis, percussionpain and gingival swelling were found in clinic. X-ray examination did not show any abnormality in the peridentium,tooth cusp and alveolar ridge. Conclusion: The restoration of caryopivot crown after lengthening of residual root andcrown can get satisfactory result in most cases. The favorable time for the restoration is 3 months later after the operationof lengthening.
