区域人口健康信息平台建设模式研究

国家卫生计生委和国家中医药管理局联合下发的《关于加快推进人口健康信息化建设的指导意见》要求建设标准统一、融合开放、有机对接、分级管理、安全可靠的国家、省、地市、县四级人口健康信息平台。目前,尚没有较为成熟的建设模式可供推广应用。本文对当前国内三种常见信息平台建设模式的建设路径、适用地区、建设优势和建设难点进行了分析,力求为各地深入建设区域人口健康信息平台提供参考借鉴。

Study on the Regional Health Information Platform Construction Pattern

National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine jointly issued the ＂guidance of accelerating the population health informatization construction＂, which required the construction of the open, safe and reliable four-level population health information platform with uniform standard and classified management. At present, there is no mature construction mode for application. This paper analyzed the three common information platform construction models regarding to the construction of path, applicable area, advantages and difficulties, in order to provide references for others when constructing regional population health information platforms.
