多巴丝肼片与吡贝地尔缓释片联用致体位性低血压1例

1例75岁高血压、糖尿病、帕金森病患者，入院后为抗帕金森病给予多巴丝肼片（62.5 mg，bid）和吡贝地尔缓释片（50 mg，bid）。用药3日后出现体位性低血压，将多巴丝肼片减量为62.5 mg，qd，1日后好转，续观3日后体位性低血压未再出现。

One Case of Orthostatic Hypotension Induced by Combined Use of Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride and Piribedil Sustained-release Tablets

A 75-year-old patient with high blood pressure,diabetes mellitus and Parkinson’s disease was given levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablet（62.5 mg,bid）and piribedil sustained-release tablet（50 mg,bid）for Parkinson’s disease after admission. Three days later,the patient developed orthostatic hypotension. One day after decrease of the dosage of levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets to 62.5 mg,qd,the symptom was allevi-ated,and three days later the symptom disappeared.
