| 摘 要： | 1例47岁急性胰腺炎患者，给予头孢甲肟联合甲硝唑治疗。用药3天后白细胞计数急剧下降，从入院时的7.53×109/L降至1.75×109/L。考虑药物所致不良反应，立即停药，予皮下注射重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子（150μg），1周后白细胞升至4.58×109/L。

| Abstract: | A 47-years-old female patient with acute pancreatitis was treated with a combined use of cefmenoxime and metronidacole. Three days after the treatment, her white blood cells dropped sharply, from 7.53 × 109/L on admission to 1.75 × 109/L. It is considered as an adverse reaction induced by drugs. The drugs were withdrawn for use immediately and the subcutaneous injection of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor （ 150 μg ） was given. A week after the WBC reached to 4.58 × 109/L. |
