351株鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性分析

目的：了解我院鲍曼不动杆菌的分布和耐药情况，为临床治疗和预防提供依据。方法：采用Whonet 5.6软件对我院2012-2013年临床分离的351株鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及药敏试验结果进行分析。结果：鲍曼不动杆菌主要来源于痰标本（80.06%），主要分布在ICU（49.32%）；其耐药率除头孢哌酮-舒巴坦小于40%以外，对氨苄西林-舒巴坦、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、环丙沙星等常用抗菌药的耐药率超过了60%。结论：鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性高，临床应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗菌药物；加强耐药菌监测与控制管理乃当务之急。

Drug Resistance Analysis of 351 Strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii

Objective：To understand the clinical distribution and drug resistance situation ofAcinetobacterbau-manniiin our hospital so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment and prevention.Methods：Using Whonet 5.6 software the distribution of 351 strains ofAcinetobacterbaumanniiisolated in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 and drug susceptibility results were analyzed.Results：Acinetobacterbaumanniicollected from sputum specimens（80.06%） was mainly distributed in the ICU（49.32%）, and its drug resistance rate to ampicillin-sulbactam, piperacillin-tazobac-tam, ceftazidime, cefepime, imipenem, ciprofloxacin and other commonly used antibiotics was all more than 60%, but to cefoperazone-sulbactam sodium was less than 40%.Conclusion：Owing to the high resistance ofAcinetobac-terbaumannii, the antibacterials in clinical use should be selected reasonably according to the results of drug sensi-tivity. To strengthen the monitoring and control of drug resistance bacteria is a pressing matter of the moment.
