医药卫生体制改革效果评估框架及指标体系研究

建立科学系统的医疗卫生体制改革评估框架体系,有助于医改坚持正确的方向。本研究选择了广西、陕西和重庆作为试点,应用2008~2013年国家卫生服务调查等数据对前期研究提出的医药卫生体制改革效果评估框架及指标的敏感性、可得性、可比性、关联度、重要性等方面开展分析。最后,根据系统性、代表性、可操作性、可比性的筛选原则,建立了医改评估框架和指标体系,并提出政策建议。

Comparative Study on Application of China Health Care System Reform Effectiveness Evaluation Framework in the Pilot Provinces

Scientific effectiveness correctly. Under the principle of systemic, representative, operable and comparable, indicators were selected and appropriate framework and indicator system were established.
