切实有效提升能力水平全面强化执业药师素质

分析我国目前执业药师队伍现状，存在数量不足、知识结构有缺陷、资源分布极不合理、个体与群体素质与能力亟待提高、法规政策与执业环境亟待改善等问题。应引导药品批发企业的执业药师逐步向社会药店流动，将阶段性的执业药师学历提升任务与长期性的执业药师能力提升工程紧密结合起来，提升执业药师的素质与能力。

Enhancing the Ability Level Effectively and Strengthening the Quality of Licensed Pharmacist

An analysis was made on the current situation of licensed pharmacist team in China and the existing problems were showed from the analysis such as the insufficient number of licensed pharmacist , the defectiveness of knowledge structure and unreasonable distribution of resources , and so on . In addition , it is badly needed to improve the quality and ability of individual and group of personnel , and perfect the regulations and policies and practicing environment . It is necessary to encourage the moving of licensed pharmacist from wholesale enterprise toward social pharmacy , and to combine the periodical task of educational degree promotion and the long-term project of the ability improvement of licensed pharmacist so as to enhance the quality and ability of licensed pharmacist .
