我院儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的：对我院儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行调查，分析其用药合理性，对不合理用药分析原因，促进儿科用药更趋合理。方法：抽取我院儿科2014年1-6月出院患者病历，每月随机抽取40份，共计240份病历进行回顾性分析。通过医院信息系统提供数据，计算我院儿科1-6月抗菌药物使用强度并进行分析。结果：抗菌药物使用强度过高，1-6月抗菌药物用药频度分别为50.67，98.52，74.98，46.1，51.2，39.7。抗菌药物使用率为85.83%，使用品种以青霉素类和头孢菌素类为主。结论：我院儿科抗菌药物使用存在不合理因素，主要体现在无指征用药，抗菌药物使用率和使用强度过高，中途换药无依据等。

Survey and Analysis of the Use of Antibacterials in Pediatric Inpatients of Our Hospital

Objective： To investigate the application of antibacterial drugs in pediatric inpatients of our hospital , to analyze the medication rationality , to find out the reasons of irrational drug use and promote the reasonable use of pediatric medicines . Methods： The medical records of discharged patients of pediatrics were collected from Jan-uary to June 2014 , 40 records were randomly selected per month and a total of 240 medical records were retro-spectively analyzed . Data was provided by the hospital information system and the application intensity of antimicro-bial agents in pediatric department of our hospital was calculated . Results： The application intensity of antibacterial drugs was high , from January to June of 2014 the DDDs was 50 . 67 , 98 . 52 , 74 . 98 , 46 . 1 , 51 . 2 and 39 . 7 per month respectively . The usage of antimicrobial agent was 85 . 83%, and penicillin and cephalosporins were the most frequently used . Conclusion： Irrational use of antimicrobial drugs existed in pediatrics of our hospital such as medi-cation without indication , application rate and use intensity of antimicrobials were high , change of medicine lacked basis , etc .
