MOC-31在胸膜间皮瘤与肺癌鉴别诊断中的应用

摘    要: 目的 研究MOC 31在胸膜间皮瘤与肺癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 采用免疫组化 (S P)方法对 81例非小细胞肺癌 (non smallcelllungcarcinomaNSCLC) 13例胸水脱落的肺癌细胞 ,9例上皮型胸膜间皮瘤和 2 2例胸水脱落的间皮细胞进行MOC 31检测。结果 MOC 31在NSCLC、胸水脱落的癌细胞、胸膜间皮瘤及胸水脱落的间皮细胞的阳性率分别为 98.8%、84 .6 %、11.1%及 9.1%。MOC 31在NSCLC及胸水中肺癌细胞的阳性率 ,明显高于间皮瘤及胸中间皮细胞的阳性率 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而间皮瘤与胸水间皮细胞的阳性率无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 MOC 31在胸膜间皮瘤与NSCLC的鉴别诊断中有重要的参考价值。对判定胸水的性质也有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of MOC|31 in differentiating diagnostically epithelial pleural mesothelioma from NSCLC.Methods Immunohistochemical method (S|P)was used to detect MOC|31 in 81 caes of NSCLC,13 cases of lung cancer cells in serous fluids,9 cases of epithelial pleural mesothelioma and 22 cases of mesothlial cells in serous fluids.Results The positive rate of MOC|31 in NSCLC lung cancer cells of serous fluids,epithelial pleural mesothelioma and mesothelial cells of serous fluids were 98.8%,84.6%,11.1%,9.1% respectively.The positive rate for MOC|31 in NSCLC and carcinoma cells of serous fluids was significantly higher than that in epithelial pleural mesotheliona and mesothelial cells in serous fluids ( P <0.001),whereas there was no significant difference stasistically between epithelial pleural mesothelioma and mesothelial cells of serous fluids ( P >0.05).Conclusion It is concluded that MOC|31 can be used to differentiate diagnostically epithelial pleural mesothelioma from NSCLC and to evaluate the characteristic of serous fluids.
