儿科重症感染血清瘦素与细胞因子的联动效应

目的:探讨儿科重症感染合并多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者血清瘦素与细胞因子水平的联动效应及其意义。方法:将重症感染患儿与健康儿童分为研究组和对照组,其中所选的重症感染患儿均合并MODS。分别采用放射免疫法测定血清瘦素、酶联免疫吸附试验检测细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、IL-10。结果:研究组的血清瘦素水平及细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平较正常对照组均有显著升高,研究组血清瘦素与血清细胞因子水平变化有统计学相关性,其中血清瘦素与IL-6、IL-8负相关,与IL-10正相关。结论:血清瘦素与细胞因子水平在儿科重症感染合并MODS患者中明显增加,两者的联动效应是宿主抗感染的防御反应。监测血清瘦素与细胞因子水平的变化,可有效辅助诊断儿科重症感染,并有助于其预后判断。

Relation between plasma concentration of leptin and cytokines in pediatric critical infection with MODS

Objective:To study what happened about plasma leptin and plasma cytokines in the case of pediatric critical infection with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(mODS),and weather plasma leptin related with plasma cytokines.Methods:The serum samples obtained from the children with critical infection with MODS and ones from the control group separately.The method of RIA was used to detect the samples for the values of leptin and ELISA for interleukin-6,interleukin-8,interleukin-10.Results:The concentrates of serum leptin,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 were significantly developed in the patients of critical infection with MODS.There were significant correlation between leptin and IL-6,IL-8,IL-10.Conclusion:The levels of leptin and IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 were increased in the patients of critical infection with MOF significantly.The phenomenon might represent a host defense mechanism facing the severe infections.The examination of the values of leptin and IL-6,IL-8,IL-l0 might be helpful in diagnosis and prognosis of the critical infection with MODS.
