摘    要:目的:研究脑缺血和康复训练后轴突形态改变,探讨脑卒中临床康复机制。方法:以大鼠为实验研究对象,通过制作MCAO模型以及跑台训练,研究不同条件下大鼠的缺血侧的轴突变化。结果:大鼠缺血侧有不同程度的轴突肿胀、断裂,经跑台训练后神经纤维长度增加,轴突末梢伸长。结论:缺血性脑卒中的康复训练宜尽早开展,早期康复侧重减少轴突损伤及断裂,为神经恢复营造合适的微环境。对已断裂的轴突,可通过系统的康复训练提高神经可塑性,减少脑损伤后的继发损害。

Abstract:Objective:This paper researched cerebral ischemia and axon changes after rehabilitation, and probed reha- bilitation mechanism for the stroke. Methods: By producing MACO using male wistar rats, it was researched that the axon changes in the different conditions. Results. The study shows that the damaged nerve fiber and axon terminal growth appeared after Treadmill Test. Conclusion: It is helpful for the stroke to take rehabilitation program as early as possible. The early rehabilitation program will relieve axon's damage and provide appropriate conditions for nerve re- covery. For the broke axons, it is helpful to reduce second damage by rehabilitation.
