我院铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及耐药性的变迁

目的探讨近三年四川遂宁地区铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药谱的变迁,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法应用ATB细菌鉴定药敏系统鉴定细菌,K-B法做体外药敏试验,统计分析四川省遂宁市中心医院2008年1月～2011年1月三年间铜绿假单胞菌的检出率,各科室的分布状况和耐药情况。结果456株铜绿单胞菌分布最多的是重症监护病房（ICU）和呼吸科（两者共占62.7%）,来自痰标本有276株占62.1%。3年来的分离率有逐年增加的趋势。对抗生素的耐药性也有逐年上升的趋势,结论铜绿假单胞菌是临床感染的主要病原菌之一,应对其加强耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物。

Clinical Distribution and Drug - resistance Changes of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in a Hospital

Objective To study the clinical distribution and drug- resistance changes of pseudomonas aeruginosa in Suining region of Sichuan Province in recent 3 years so as to provide evidence for reasonable selection of antibiotics in clinic. Methods ATB System was applied in identifying bacteria and K - B Assay in drug sensitivity test in vitro; sta- tistical analysis was made to the detection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the 3 years from Jan. , 2008 to Jan. , 2011 in the Central Hospital of Suining City, its distribution in departments and its drug - resistance. Results 456 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were mainly distributed in ICU and department of respiration, the percentage of the two depart- ments reached 62. 7% ; 276 strains were found in sputum specimens （62. 1% ） ; the isolation rate in the past 3 years kept increasing yearly as well as the drug -resistance to antibiotics. Conclusions Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the main pathogens in clinical infections ; the drug - resistance monitoring should be strengthened and reasonable appli- cation of antibiotics should be promoted.
