2010年广西流动人口疟疾监测结果分析

目的分析2010年广西流动人口疟疾发病情况,为制订防治策略提供依据。方法收集2010年广西流动人口疟疾监测数据进行统计、分析。结果 2010年广西共报告疟疾病例66例,均为输入性病例;血检流动人口58 547人次,检出疟原虫阳性62例,临床诊断4例;流动人口发热病人血检45 435人,阳性61例,阳性率0.14%;外出返乡人员疟疾病例占总数的80.30%,其中到非洲、东南亚国家感染病例占87.88%。结论外出非洲、东南亚务工返乡的流动人口已成为广西疟疾病例的主要来源。

Analysis of the results of malaria surveillance in the migrant population in Guangxi in 2010

Objective To analyze the incidence of malaria in the migrant population in Guangxi in 2010in order to provide a basis for formulating control strategies. Methods Data on malaria surveillance in the migrant population in Guangxi in 2010were collected and statistically analyzed. Results In total,66cases of malaria were reported in Guangxi in2010.Malaria was imported in all of these cases.Blood tests were performed on 58,547migrants,62of whom tested positive for malaria and 4of whom were diagnosed clinically.Blood tests were performed on 45,435migrants with a fever,61of whom tested positive for malaria at a rate of 0.14%.People returning home to Guangxi accounted for 80.30%of all cases of malaria.Of these returnees,87.88% were returning from Africa or Southeast Asia. Conclusion The migrant population returning to Guangxi from work in Africa or Southeast Asia is the main source of malaria in Guangxi.
