16层螺旋CT在胸部外伤中的应用(附62例)

目的探讨16层螺旋CT在胸部外伤检查中的应用价值。方法对62例胸部外伤者进行16层螺旋CT检查并作三维和多平面重建,与胸片相比较。结果16层螺旋CT对胸壁骨折(肋骨、锁骨、胸骨、肩胛骨、胸椎等)检出率明显高于平片;确诊和排除了肋骨骨折;对胸部并发症(血气胸、肺挫伤、纵隔损伤、皮下气肿等)检出率较平片明显提高,并对损伤作定位、定性;同时发现了其他损伤(肝脾挫伤、腰椎和附件骨折等)。结论16层螺旋CT对胸部外伤的检查是一种重要的辅助手段。

Sixteen slice spiral CT in chest trauma

Objective To evaluate the clinical application in trauma with 16 slice spiral CT. Methods The comparative analysis of CT and chest films of 62 cases with chest trauma in our hospital during 2004 years April to August were performed ,The acquired raw data were retrospectively reconstructed to 3D and reforming multi-plane images. Results 16 slice spiral CT was more accuracy of thorax-wall fractured(rib, clavicula, sternum, scapula, vertebrae, and so on), than chest plainfilms, Fracture of rib was confirmed or excluded. It was more accuracy of chest complications(hemopneumothorax, lung injure, hemomediastinum, pneumoderma, and so on), than chestplain films, CT imaging could demonstrate the site and characteristics of the injure; and otherswere found(L-vertebrae fractured, hemoperitoneum, liver or spleen injures,and so on). Conclusions multislice spiral CT plays an important role in chest trauma of diagnosis.
